At times our Advice and Guidance Workers may not be able to see you straight away, due to a high volume of enquiries. In that case we may put new registrations on hold for a certain period of time or operate a waiting list which will be reviewed weekly and we will make every effort to get in touch with you and register you as soon as possible.
